In this class we will be creating movement for life, focusing on increasing strength and mobility for active longevity.
Challenge yourself to new levels of strength and mobility without stressing your joints! We will use a mix of Pilates, Yoga, and Resistance Band Weight Training for low impact bone, skeleton, joint, and tendon/ligament strengthening. No previous experience necessary; all levels will be challenged!
The only requirement: a Body and a Desire….
