Beginning on February 8th, we will spend 6 Saturdays building strength and mobility in a fun, fast-paced class that will get your heart rate up while helping you find greater physical potential. Each week we will learn new foundational movements that build on the previous week; these movements will support you in maintaining ease of mobility while building sustainable strength. Today is the perfect day to learn new things!
We will incorporate asanas, yoga inspired movement, a bit of calisthenics, and some good ol’ laughter to help us start our weekends off with inspiration.
